Sandra offers the following types of counselling:

• Individual Counselling - $120 per 55 minute session

• Teens Counselling - $120 per 55 minute session

• Family Counselling - $200 per 90-minute session

• Couples Counselling - $200 per 90 minute session

She also offers an introductory Gottman Couples Assessment package at $550. For more information, please read the Couples Counselling section. 

Financial Circumstances

If you're facing financial difficulties, you may qualify for alternative payment arrangements. Please contact Sandra to discuss potential options.

Payment Through Insurance

If there is the possibility that you are covered by insurance, please read carefully the section in your insurance coverage booklet that describes mental health services. Many plans cover only for Clinical Psychologists, Psychiatrists or Social Workers. Sandra is a “Registered Clinical Counsellor”.  If you're not sure, then you should call your plan administrator to determine the extent of your coverage.  

Employee Assistance

At present, the only Employee Assistance Groups that Lifewater is registered with are: 

• Optum Canada

• Homewood Solutions.

Both plans require you to contact that organization first, and they will contact Sandra to establish a counselling contract.  Again, please carefully read the insurance coverage booklet provided by your employer.
